Before going to bed, pour water of room temperature into the basin and sit in it so that the water covers only the sore spot. Sit for 1 minute and go straight to bed. So do a few days until you feel the improvement.
The second council. Tear off a piece of gauze, the size of a man's handkerchief, wet it under the tap with cold water and attach it to the sore spot.
