Preparation of the uterus and itself for implantation of the embryo

Extracorporeal insemination (IVF) makes it possible to become pregnant when all hopes for offspring seem to have collapsed. In this procedure, the introduction of a fertilized egg into the uterine mucosa is one of the most important fragments.

Artificial insemination is carried out when the collection of eggs from the ejaculate and follicular fluid is carried out, after which for two to five days the embryos are cultivated and then transferred to the uterine cavity.

The maximum vitality is shown by three to five-day eggs, which are the most effective for implantation.

There are situations in which implantation is impossible.

Reasons for rejection of the embryo may be congenital abnormalities of the uterus, pathological phenomena in the endometrium, an embryo, an inferior genetically, the impossibility of attaching the morula due to a thick shell.

How to behave after IVF?

After IVF, a number of rules should be followed in order for the implantation to proceed normally.

This is the correct rational nutrition, adherence to work and rest, frequent walks in the fresh air, the exclusion of heavy physical exertion, hot baths and showers, sex, limiting work at the computer and driving the car. You should try not to communicate with sick people and visit public places.

In addition, the state of the pregnant woman always needs constant medical supervision.

How to prepare for embryo implantation?

As there can not be two identical women, there is no general scheme for preparing for IVF, which would suit all women. Moreover, even the process of flowing for one woman with different attempts of IVF can differ substantially. In this regard, the scheme for each procedure for embryo implantation, preparation for it, the choice of necessary funds are determined by doctors exclusively individually. Moreover, the need to resort to IVF for many women is tantamount to powerful psychological stress, and the very discussion of this kind is often an unpleasant procedure for them.

In most cases, doctors prescribe a series of preliminary examinations, ascertaining the state of health and the very possibility of IVF. A woman can learn in advance the doctor's list of necessary tests and prepare in advance in accordance with the requirements for each of them. Do not forget to ask whether a preliminary record is required, the time of the analysis, whether these tests are performed on an empty stomach, whether the results of these analyzes depend on the day of the menstrual cycle.

To treat infertility with the use of assisted reproductive technologies, you must write a written application, and fill out a number of documents concerning your health and consent to the procedure before starting treatment.

To increase the effectiveness of the treatment, a woman should cancel the independent use of health-improving drugs, as well as bioactive nutritional supplements. If you have already been prescribed any treatment, this must be reported before the start of the IVF cycle.

It is advisable (in agreement with the doctor) to consume vitamin E, multivitamins, prenatal vitamins, designed primarily for the period of pregnancy, folic acid.

You should stop smoking, beverages containing caffeine, or at least to a significant extent limit yourself in this. The same applies to alcohol abuse. These factors are able to reduce the likelihood of pregnancy or increase the risk of miscarriage.

For the time being, forget about new weight loss activities, including exotic diets and exhausting physical exercises.

Refrain for three to four days before the puncture of the follicles from sexual activity, and for a period after embryo transfer until the very diagnosis of pregnancy. But in the case of diagnosing pregnancy, one should adhere to sexual dormancy for several weeks.
