Hypertension of pregnant (Hypertensia gravidarum)
Hypertension of pregnant women is diagnosed with the growth of systolic blood pressure by 30 mm Hg. Art. and above, and diastolic at 15 mm Hg. Art. and more in relation to the initial level at the beginning of pregnancy.
There are three degrees of severity of this pathology:
I degree - arterial pressure not higher than 150/90 mm Hg. p.
II degree - arterial pressure from 150/90 to 170/110 mm Hg
III degree of arterial blood pressure is higher than 170/110 mm Hg.
From a practical point of view, it is not the AH itself that is dangerous, but the complications associated with it (fetal hypoxia, its retardation in development with premature birth, premature placental abruption). Therefore, when is detected. resistant hypertension, pregnant it is necessary to hospitalize and prescribe intensive treatment.
